An underwater video of a jellyfish, recorded by a remotely operated underwater vehicle at a depth of about 800 m below sea level in the waters of the volcanic Smith Island of Japan. The captured specimen was then analyzed and found to be representing a new species, which was named Santjordia pagesi and has this specimen as its holotype.
