The phone= field in listings and the {{phone}} template both allow multiple phone numbers separated by a comma (and an optional description in brackets after each number). However, this isn't allowed in the email= field and is flagged in this category as an error. I assume the need for telling more than one number is more common than having to tell more than one email address. Numbers also tend to be shorter, so two or even three of them doesn't hamper readability. However, I think that nobody would object to adding the functionality also for email addresses. Few people watch category talk pages, so this is better discussed at Wikivoyage talk:Listings.

Now, checking Module:LinkPhone, called by {{email}}, it seems it does support more than one email address (separated by comma or semicolon). The separate Module:EmailTracking, also invoked by {{email}}, still gives the warning message. @WOSlinker, Andyrom75:

I think the tracking was added first and then the template was updated to handle multiple email addresses after that, but the tracking was not removed. If you don't think there is a need reduce down to just one email then you could remove the EmailTracking part from Template:Email since it's all handled now. -- WOSlinker (talk) 15:47, 7 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

I remember we had a discussion about this point. While is normal to have landline phone, mobile phone, etc. we decided to have just one email because it's easy for who receive it to forward the message in case of need and was pointless to have, in some cases, a long list of email addresses.
