Summary

Description	Nederlands: De zegel stelt het binnendragen voor door priesters van het Heilig-Hartcollege (Ganshoren) van de relikwieën van de Sint Albertus van Leuven, gevolgd door kardinaal Van Roey. De omstaanders en volgelingen zijn o.a. de Belgische bisschoppen en gemijterde abten vergezeld door knapen die hun wapenschild dragen. E.H. Bernard Vanden Berghe, pastoor van de Basiliek houdt de rechterzijde van de mantel vast. De zegel werd uitgegeven ter gelegenheid van de 25e verjaardag van het kardinaalschap van J.E. Van Roey (K.B. 21 Feb. 1952). Français : Les prêtres du collège du Sacré-Coeur (Ganshoren) portent les reliques de Saint Albert de Louvain, suivis par le cardinal Van Roey. Les autres sont e.a. les évêques et abbés belges accompagnés de jeunes portant leurs armoiries. Le Rev. Bernard Van den Berghe, curé de la Basilique, tient la partie droite du manteau. Le timbre a été émis à l'occasion du 25me anniversaire du cardinalat de J.E. Van Roey (A.R. 21 fev. 1952)
