English: Terracotta head, painted red and black, H 4.3 cm, W 2.6 cm. From Room (Chamber) 71 (at the uppermost occupation level) of the Royal Palace at Dur-Kurigalzu (Aqar Quf), Iraq. Probably representing a court dignitary. The overall depiction dates this head to the reign of Marduk-apla-iddina I, 1171-1159 BCE.
