Description

A gauche, une partie de la place de la mure. A droite le pont Valgelas traverse la rivière Deume couverte pour des besoins d'urbanisme et aussi car l'eau rejetée par les usines de papiers la rendait de piètre qualité, prix a payer jadis pour le développement économique de la ville.

Un peu au dessus du milieu du pont, on distingue à peine les voutes soubises. Derrière l'arbre au centre la rue Valgelas monte place de la liberté. En haut à droite, le couvent Sainte Marie, aujourd'hui rénové en habitation.
