North Beach is the northern section of Miami Beach, Miami. It is the area from about 63rd Street on up.

The main road entering the northern part of Miami Beach is Harding/Collins Ave. Harding goes south and Collins goes north. Harding Ave enters from Surfside to the north while Collins enters from the junction with FL-907 (63rd St) at the southern end of the district. The bridge from the mainland is 71st St (FL-934), which enters via the North Bay Causeway and passes through North Bay Village and the Isle of Normandy on its way to Miami Beach.
Get around
[edit | edit source]There are various bus stops and bus lines you can take. There's a 'trolley' that goes up and down miami beach for free.There are also multiple bus lines (such as the 79 and 100) that run up and down miami beach, as well as multiple others.
You can find bus routes on google maps as well as various apps.
There's a Miami Beach Trolley app that will show where the free trolley is and the stops.
You can also find the various bus routes / stops / navigation using google maps and selecting public transport.
You can pay via card or tap to pay via phone. There are also daily/weekly/monthly bus passes available. Bus tickets are typically $2.25 (5/2026).

[edit | edit source]The main activity, of course, is the beach, which is on the east shore — the Atlantic Ocean. Parking can be found at 1 Allison Park near the junction with 65th St and in the Atlantic Heights neighborhood at the North Shore Park (near 71st St).
