Probably yes. Is it common to be allowed to pan gold? I assume it generally is allowed only by specific prospecting laws, or as a paid tourist activity. In Finland there are a few such tourist destinations (at least Tankavaara and Lemmenjoki National Park) and the prospecting law is quite permitting, but is that common? –LPfi (talk) 16:56, 27 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
