The Ship Harbour Long Lake Wilderness Area is a large protected wilderness area located in Halifax County, Nova Scotia, near the community of Musquodoboit Harbour. It is known for its forests and interconnected lakes.

The area stretches into includes long, winding hills, with nearby protected areas, such as the White Lake Wilderness Area and the Tangier Grand Lake Wilderness Area.

- By car: It can accessed via the Moose River Road, starting from Elmsvale. which branches off Nova Scotia Highway 7. There is several roads that leads to the area, including Off Lake Road and Murchyville Road.
- Hiking: Within the wilderness area, some routes can be explored on foot using hiking trails that are part of the Musquodoboit Trailways system.
