Hi Matt. I assume you are working for a hotel marketing agency, so please read through Wikivoyage's guidelines for hotel marketers. In particular, be sure that hotel listings are not written in a way that seems promotional, and that they describe the hotel and not the surrounding area - "Ideally situated near shopping, dining and entertainment options and offers real value at an exciting location" is clearly marketing-ese, and thus not appropriate.
