Hello. Confirmed by this link, this IP address (98.112.217.24) was used abusively on Wikivoyage. Someone using this IP was vandalizing my userpage on March 29, 2009. If this IP is continuing to be used for vandalism, it will be blocked from editing for a period of time. And even if the IP address is blocked, it's best for you to create an account ahead of time and log in if you're an innocent user whose IP is blocked. However, if you do vandalism while logged in, your account will be blocked too. So as a precaution, whether it was you, or someone else, please note that this IP address was used abusively.
