Shouldn't Geo23 remove their name from Meruleh's user page if they do not wish to be named? It doesn't feel right for an admin to make an removal like that when the request isn't coming from the user himself and when there is a lot of drama surrounding the situation Meruleh is involved in. I hereby submit a formal request for the permanent local ban of the user Meruleh for the following reasons:

1. Manipulating processes and coordinated voting in collaboration with the user Galahad before the steward DerHexer.
2. Misleading the community by creating sockpuppet accounts and presenting them as separate individuals.
3. Providing false information on their user page, including references to users they claim not to know (despite evidence to the contrary).
4. Encouraging hostility and targeted harassment against prominent users such as Jaluj, both on external platforms and their own global user page.

We don't do local bans on Meta (they would be baseless against guidelines or policies). Furthermore, projects are independent so I see no reason to ban Meruleh for their alleged wrongdoings on foreign wikiprojects. You also did not notify relevant parties.
