[Redigera]Hello Riggwelter, do you consider links to the hotel's official web sites (not my sites) as SPAM? regards (WT-sv) Travelbubble 02 May 2007 kl. 14.35 (CEST)
- Why do you add only hotel links in the first place? Until we see you contribute to this guide in swedish, we must see your contributions as spam or advertising. We have had quite a few contributions/ads for italian hotels added by italian users, something which has made us very aware of the possibility of spamming, something we'd rather do without. (WT-sv) Riggwelter 4 maj 2007 kl. 15.11 (CEST)
- For some reason you did not directly answer my question, if you didn't want any users to add links to hotels you should make it clear on the site.
- To answer your question I don't speak swedish so cannot add other info, rest assured i will not be editing Wikivoyage sv any more.
- I don't understand why Wikivoyage does not have a common policy/guidelines instead of each admin/lang having different ideas on what is acceptable. Many other admins just cancel the hotel descriptions leaving only the contact details, which I feel is still of use to a Swedish speaking person travelling to a city maybe you think otherwise! I see in your case you have taken the morale high ground and deleted the only hotel listing leaving the city of Florence with no text at all very strange.. (WT-sv) Travelbubble 25 Jul 2007 kl. 11.01 (CET)
- Most of your contributions on most language versions I have looked at is about accommodation. Why? Do you just google hotels on various locations and then transfer them to Wikivoyage? Do you think that is acceptable quality? You seem to use some sort of auto-translator to provide information which consequently is of little or no use: "hotel this and that on street this and that". What's the point in just listing hotels? Can you, for example, vouch for their classification of standard? Wikivoyage uses the same guidelines regardless of which language version you work on, including sv:. We have had heaps of problems with anonymous users (with IP:s in Spain and Italy) adding hotels in Spain and Italy, and you apparently use a spanish IP address. Until you prove you're not working for a hotel aggregator site/company, you will remain banned on Wikivoyage in swedish. (WT-sv) Riggwelter 25 juli 2007 kl. 19.03 (CEST)

[Redigera]You have been blocked on a permanent basis because of your way of spamming us with italian hotel ads. Wikivoyage is not a collection of links, nor an ad site. (WT-sv) Riggwelter 28 juni 2007 kl. 01.11 (CEST)
