Central Andhra (మధ్యాంధ్ర Madhyāndhra) consists of the Godavari-Krishna Delta, the heart of the Telugu culture in Andhra Pradesh, and is home to the cultural capital Rajahmundry, Andhra's second-largest city Vijayawada and the former French enclave Yanam.
