[edit | edit source]

Dingras is bypassed by Route 2 (Manila North Road), the main thoroughfare in Ilocos Norte. Instead, travelers heading to town take the Ilocos Norte-Apayao Road (Escoda Highway) from a junction leading from San Nicolas, passing through Sarrat. From a junction in Barangay Guerrero, a road leads south towards Abra province.

GV Florida operates daily bus trips to Dingras from Metro Manila, but as the frequency of these trips are limited, many passengers switch vehicles in the provincial capital Laoag instead. There also also jeepneys connecting Dingras with Laoag.
