Dorris is a city in the Shasta Cascades region of California.

Since the town of Dorris is small and remote, by car is the best way to go. Here are directions from Redding:

Take I-5 north to Weed. Take US-97 to the NE until you reach Dorris. If you reach the Oregon border, you have gone too far.

You can probably walk or drive a car throughout Dorris. There isn't any public transportation, however.

If you are into roadside attractions, Dorris has the third-tallest flagpole in the US. There isn't much else, though.
