Hardin is a town in southeast Montana, just north of the Crow Indian Reservation. About 3,800 people lived there in 2020.

Montana Highway 47 (MT-47) connects Hardin to Interstate 94, making a cut across for those travelling from the east.
The nearest commercial airport is Billings Logan International Airport (BIL IATA).
