Islas Paridas is in the Gulf of Chiriquí in the Pacific West of Panama.

Islas Pardias while mostly uninhabited is a 30-min boat ride from Boca Chica or 90-min boat ride from Pedregal. Islas Paridas is 30 km south of David and right in the center of Parque Nacional Marino Golfo de Chiriquí, closest to the Hannibal Banks and the big game fishing areas.
