The heart of the village is its main square, where the Church of the Virgin Mary stands out with its distinctive architecture and striking marble entrance. Inside are frescoes from the 18th-century Ionian School, offering a glimpse into the island’s artistic heritage.
- 2 Monastery of Agia Paraskevi. Located on the outskirts of the village, this 17th-century monastery offers a quiet, contemplative setting and a sense of the island’s monastic past.
- 3 Olive Museum. A small but distinctive museum dedicated to the history and production of olive oil in Corfu—the only one of its kind on the island—highlighting tools, traditions, and the importance of olives in local life.
