Lindley

There is no public transportation in Lindley, and the area is spread over a large distance with some steppe inclines. Private cars should be used.

The Appalachian Mountain Range runs through Lindley, and provides for gorgeous views, especially during the fall.

  • Tioga River: There is a small gravel boat launch and beach at the intersection of Indian Hills Road and Maynard Road. Next to the beach is a small swimming hole and a rock outcrop to jump from. There is also plentiful fishing, including creek chubs, smallmouth and largemouth bass, and carp.
