Magwi

Magwi County is in Eastern Equatoria, South Sudan.

Magwi is the capital, business center, and home of the Acholi tribe.

Magwi lies approximately 82 kilometres (51 mi), northeast of Nimule, the largest town in the county, and approximately 140 kilometres (87 mi) southeast of Juba.

You can get in from Juba by road. Helicopter trips are also possible.

Magwi has murram (gravel) roads, so you get around by car, bicycle and motorcycle.
