
Mazatenango (often referred to as Mazate) is a town in the Pacific Lowlands of Guatemala.

[edit | edit source]Mazatenango is located on the CA2 highway running the length of the Pacific Lowlands from the Mexican border to the border of El Salvador. There are direct buses from Guatemala City, Quetzaltenango, Escuintla and Retalhuleu.
