Pandhurna

Pandhurna (पांढुरना Pāṇḍhurnā ) is a small town on the banks of the Jam River in Madhya Pradesh, India. It's not a place that shows up on the usual India tourist trail, and honestly, most of the year there's not a whole lot happening here. But once a year, for one single evening, this quiet orange-farming town turns into the site of one of the strangest and most talked-about festivals in the country.
