DeutschPetrovac is a resort town in Montenegro especially popular with families.
Understand
[edit | edit source]The city has only one playground and quite a small beach. The town is totally overcrowded in July and August, so be careful.

Petrovac is a small town so you can get everywhere by foot.
The closest beach is Lucica and is a 5-min walking. Petrovac have small city beach and it is more interesting to go to Buljarica 15 min walking on the 2.5 km long beach. Worth to see with cheaper restaurants than Petrovac.
See
[edit | edit source]- 1 Castello. Check out the castle at the western end of the beach. It has a nice architecture and great views of the beach and cliffs.
- 2 Lucica beach (5 min walking).
- 3 Rezevici. A village, 10 min towards Budva, which has a small museum.
- 4 Buljarica beach (15 min walking). large beach, with several campsites nearby
- 5 Roman Mosaic Floor (Kasnoanticki Mozaik). A 4th century mosaic, which you may be able to see through the window of the viewing gallery.
Do
[edit | edit source]- 1 Perazića Do. An interesting 20-min walk to the next beach west, which goes through some interesting tunnels, just to climax in an ugly and unfinished hotel complex at Perazića Do beach. Heading up the hill, you will reach Reževići, which has a small monastery and from where you can head on to Sveti Stefan.
- 2 Skočidjevojka Bay. A small quit beach, which is reached by descending a 444 step staircase down the cliff. A good place to see small crabs on the beach or sea urchins in the water.

[edit | edit source]Food is considerable pricey compared to the non-coastal rest of Montenegro.
