Porbandar

Porbandar is a city in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat, India. It is the historical birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, and the mythical birthplace of Sudama, the childhood friend of the Hindu god Krishna. The majority of the people here belong to Kharwa community which mainly deals with fishing as their profession.
