Seminole is in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida.

Seminole, Florida, is in west central Pinellas County. The 2010 census listed the city as having 17,233 residents. It was first settled in the 1840s, but was not incorporated until 1970.

The public bus system, Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA), operates buses that travel throughout Pinellas County. This is one way to enter Pinellas Park from another location in the county. The city can also be accessed by private vehicle or taxi.
