I've reverted the contributions by SophisticatedLady because they appeared to have been made in a very short period of time, included many specific facts, and contained no spelling errors. Rather unusually for such an efficient contributor, there are a significant number of non-sequitors. This unusual combination of factors makes me worry that a copyvio of some type may have occurred. Currently, the by bus and train section of the airport is at a higher hierarchy than the By Bus & Train section proper itself (meaning intercity buses and trains). I am tidying it up without changing any content

No explanation is given for where it would have been stolen from, but given its size and year of upload, suspicion of copyright violation is reasonable.
