Uiseong (의성) is a county in North Gyeongsang, South Korea. It is known across the nation as the capital of garlic. While it offers a quiet escape from bustling metropolitan areas, it is distinguished by its rich agricultural heritage, fertile lands, and vibrant local culinary culture.

Located in the central inland region of Gyeongsangbuk-do, Uiseong is a peaceful rural county.

Uiseong can be reached by train from Cheongnyangni Station in Seoul. Travelers can take either the KTX-Eum or ITX-Maum to Uiseong Station.
