I'm using this as a list of countries, territories, and subnational units big enough to need regions, but which do not yet have a (sane) set of regions listed and created. I'll remove items from the list as I either A) find that they already have a set of regions I'm satisfied with, B) decide that they probably don't need regions, or C) create (or help create) top-level regions for them. Being on this list doesn't mean it's a problem; it may just mean that I haven't checked it yet. Yes, this is a "private" project, of sorts... just something I want to do to satisfy/challenge/entertain myself.
