Fast food

  • HUB mall (on campus) - typical food court options and study/seating areas.
  • Tim Hortons (112 St, across from campus and another location on Whyte Ave), get some instance of Q141 :)

Whyte Ave

  • Cafe Mosaics (vegetarian + vegan) - has been around for 30+ years (near 109th St)
  • Julio Barrio’s (Mexican) has also been around for decades
  • Remedy Cafe (105th St & Whyte Ave) - chai, coffee, samosas etc
  • Leo’s Cafe (between 104 and 105th St)

  • Ride the LRT (University Station to downtown, and/or the newer LRT lines to other parts of the city, and towards the airport)

  • Kinsmen Sports Centre (swimming, other activities) and park
  • Walk across the High Level Bridge and/or Walterdale Bridge.
