It is unlikely that your "customized wine tour" can pass muster; Wikivoyage is not all things to all people, but has a bias toward individual travelers, who take tours out of necessity and not convenience or preference. And what we also are not is a service for business owners or promoters, though the interests of individual travelers and business owners do sometimes coincide, and when they do, that's great.
