Warragul

Warragul is a small, quickly growing city located in Gippsland, Victoria.

Warragul is in the Shire of Baw Baw, a local government area in Victoria, Australia, in Gippsland. As of 2021, Warragul2021, Warragul is home to approximately 20,000 residents, and forms part of an urban area including Drouin that has an estimated total population of 43,000.

Warragul is situated along the M1 Princes Freeway, 102 km southeast of Melbourne.

Warragul can be accessed by car when travelling along the M1 Princes Fwy (east).

V/Line operates train services from Melbourne to Warragul every day with frequencies up to every 40 minutes from 7AM-midnight, excluding Sunday when the last train leaves at 6:25PM. Myki is used for travel between Melbourne and Traralgon, but travel from any connecting coaches and travel beyond Traralgon require a paper ticket.
