- 1 Hirvensalmi Church, Kirkkotie 3. A church building from 1915, designed by Josef Stenbäck.
- 2 Pitäjäntupa Museum, Pitäjäntie 3. Local history museum, set in the old municipal hall. There's an exhibition about Ahti Karjalainen (1923-1990), long-time member of the Finnish Parliament, who was born in Hirvensalmi.
