Just concentrating on your contributions, the listings you added look good, except for the "Districts" section. There was no proposal to subdivide Seoul/East into smaller districts, so while there's nothing wrong with the content of the section, please make it an "Orientation" subsection of "Understand" and delete the links for each subdistrict, instead bolding its name.
