A slightly belated welcome to Wikivoyage, and please read welcome, business owners and don't tout. Hotel owners are welcome to create non-promotional listings for their hotels, but that doesn't mean you get to use exactly the phrasing that you want (which is slightly promotional and in imperfect English). The nature of Wikis is that everyone can and does edit everyone else's text, but no-one gets to edit war, and those who do tend to get their posting privileges suspended.
