The Food and Drink Expedition aims to improve articles and sections pertaining to food and drink.

• To improve all cuisine articles (most should at least be usable)
• Ensure that cuisine articles are not dialled down versions of their Wikipedia counterparts (leaving the what – especially the fine-grained details – to Wikipedia, and covering the "where" here).
• Improve the Eat and Drink sections of country and multi-country region articles.
• Periodically review all cuisine articles.
