[edit source]Originally, the article contained a section listing sub-regions apparently based on three wikipedia:Regional units of Greece and one extra-hierarchical region, but all links remained red (and there's high chance they would remain so, given the number of years). At some point, someone misinterpreted the list and made the Rhodope entry a link to the whole Rhodope Mountains, which was... inappropriate, to put it mildly. I've removed the section as pointless, with the original contents preserved here in case someone wants to make something of it at some point in the future:
