Thanks for your edits, but you can't just remove a city from a region's "Cities" section as you did in these edits, still less without explanation. If you meant to remove Brno, explain why on the Talk:South Moravia page and see if you can persuade a consensus to agree with your proposal to remove it. My friend, it's completely reasonable for you to add diacritics to Czech names, but I suggest for you to relax your outrage while you continue do so. English-speakers don't use diacritics because we don't have them in English, not because they have any positive or negative feelings toward the Czech language.
