Local specialties absolutely should be mentioned in "Eat" sections, but it's not logical to give them listings. Listings should be reserved for places. If Huatugou has its own local specialties, mention them at the beginning of the "Eat" section before the listings. If it does not and all the dishes you are mentioning are specialties of Beijing, Sichuan and so on, you need to address why their presence in Huatugou should be highlighted. - It looks to me like you are actually listing restaurants, but it doesn't make sense for you to describe dishes in such detail in individual restaurant listings. Instead, say that the restaurant serves such-and-such a dish or dishes well (maybe with a really brief description, if non-Chinese people are unlikely to understand what you mean), and describe the dishes somewhere where it's most relevant - probably the Chinese cuisine article, if it doesn't already mention them. - Hello, I have updated the section on restaurants. However, while searching for local specialty dining options on Amap (Gaode Maps), I found that the area is primarily focused on cuisines originating from other regions; therefore, I have not included any restaurants serving local specialties.
