External links
[edit source]This section was in the article, but according to Wikivoyage:External links, no article may have an "External links" section. So my feeling is that the best place for these links is right here, as reference for editors. Whatever information we want to have in the article should be in the article.
Also, let's be careful to avoid links to food tour sites, because those would violate Wikivoyage:Tour.

Similarity to w:Culinary tourism
[edit source]The author of this page, User:Snackeg also added quite a lot of the same content to the Wikipedia page, w:Culinary tourism - see the Guided tours for food sections and this comparison. Is this something which should be kept at both WV and WP? I've also left a message on the Wikipedia article's talk page about this. Seagull123 Φ 23:14, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
Merge to culinary tourism
[edit source]It seems like both food tours and culinary tourism are too small in length. I suggest merging food tours to culinary tourism. Sbb1413 (he) (talk • contribs) 10:36, 1 September 2026 (UTC)
- Support. This could be a stand-alone travel topic, but in the 10 years the article has existed, no-one has taken the time to develop it. Ground Zero (talk) 11:54, 1 September 2026 (UTC)
- Support. Let's turn two neglected articles into one article that's more compelling. Gerode (talk) 23:29, 5 September 2026 (UTC)
